Subir Ray, MD, President, Chief Executive, Chief Medical Officer, Founder 

Dr. Ray is a board-certified surgeon practicing at Logan County Hospital in Oakley, KS. He earned his MD at Dartmouth with honors and trained in laparoscopic surgery in Paris. His more than 30 years of experience as a surgeon informs Dr. Ray's drive to address unmet needs in the areas of surgical and medical procedures. 

Kuowei Chang, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer, Founder
Dr. Chang holds a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from Princeton University and has 30 years of diverse technical experience in biosensor development, transdermal drug delivery, mechanical and servo systems research. He has served as Principal Investigator for NCI, NIH, Army, Navy, and Air Force R&D contracts. One NCI contract for which he served as PI resulted in securing $32M Series A financing for commercializing the developed product. He has been a senior lecturer in mechanical engineering at MIT. He also serves as Vice President of Industrial & Biomedical Sensors Corp., a GMP Firm specializing in the manufacturing of ECG, non-invasive blood pressure, and other vital signs monitors for Fortune 100 companies, and led successful FDA 510(K) submissions. Dr. Chang holds 21 US patents and numerous international patents. 

Alfred Sallette, Managing Member, Founder
Al has over 30 years of product development experience in the high-tech industry, including serving as Group Manager, Engineering at Netgear, and Development Manager at Excite@Home. He took a 3-year sabbatical to teach at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, before returning to the US, where he joined Cisco Systems. Al holds a BA in Asian Studies and Chinese, as well as an MA in Education with Honors from Seton Hall University. Al and his wife enjoy getting to know the everyday experiences of people and the food in the 21 countries they have visited.

Kristofer Lacarrere, Chief Financial Officer, Founder
Kris is a dynamic entrepreneur with a successful track record of developing innovative medical technology companies and successfully sold the last company he founded (Olaregen Therapeutix). He has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami and a BA in Economics from Tufts University and is fluent in French and Swedish.
